By accessing or using Relay (“the Service”), operated by Labrador Solutions, LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Relay is a social media post scheduling tool that generates content and schedules it to your connected Buffer account. The Service requires an active, paid subscription to Buffer (https://join.buffer.com/relay). Relay does not replace Buffer. It works alongside Buffer to create and schedule posts on your behalf.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including your name, email address, company name, and billing information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with unauthorized individuals.
Relay requires a connection to Buffer through a valid API key. You must maintain an active, paid Buffer subscription to use Relay. If Buffer experiences downtime, service disruptions, API changes, or ceases operations, Relay may be unable to deliver its core functionality. In such an event, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the disruption. If we determine that Relay cannot function as intended due to changes in Buffer’s availability or policies, we reserve the right to pause all active subscriptions until the issue is resolved. Paused subscriptions will not be billed during the pause period.
Relay is an independent product developed and operated by Labrador Solutions, LLC. Relay integrates with Buffer to provide social media post scheduling functionality. Buffer is a separate company, and Relay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or formally partnered with Buffer, Inc. in any capacity. Buffer, the Buffer logo, and related marks are trademarks of Buffer, Inc. Any references to Buffer within Relay or on the Relay website are for the purpose of describing product compatibility and integration functionality only. Labrador Solutions, LLC has no control over Buffer’s products, services, pricing, availability, or policies. Any issues related to your Buffer account, Buffer’s platform, or Buffer’s terms of service are between you and Buffer.
Relay is offered on a subscription basis with plans that vary by the number of posts included per month. All plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected). A valid credit card is required at the time of registration. Your 7-day free trial begins at the time of registration. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your credit card will be charged automatically for the selected plan. Unused posts do not roll over to the following billing period. Additional posts and additional users may be purchased and are billed as add-ons to your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of that period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If your subscription is paused due to a Buffer-related disruption (as described in Section 4), you will not be charged during the pause.
You agree not to use the Service to generate, distribute, or schedule content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to attempt to access another user’s account or data. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Service or its underlying infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.
Content generated through Relay is yours. We do not claim ownership of the posts created using the Service. However, we retain all rights to the Relay platform, including its design, code, branding, and proprietary processes.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labrador Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
