This Privacy Policy describes how Labrador Solutions, LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Relay (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your first name, last name, email address, company name, and billing zip code.
Billing Information: Payment information (credit card details) is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Usage Data: We collect data about how you use the Service, including the number of posts created, scheduling preferences, and feature usage. This data is used to enforce plan limits and improve the Service.
Audience and Style Guide Data: If you provide audience descriptions, style guide content, or URLs for content analysis, this information is stored in your account and used solely to generate social posts on your behalf.
Contact Form Submissions: If you contact us through the website, we collect your name, email, company (if provided), and message content.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not share your audience profiles, style guides, or generated content with other users or external parties. We do not use your content to train machine learning models. We do not display advertising within the Service.
Relay integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality:
Buffer: Your Buffer API key is stored securely and used to schedule posts to your connected channels. Relay does not access your Buffer account beyond the scope of scheduling posts.
Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
Resend: Used to deliver transactional emails (registration, password reset, account notifications). Your email address is shared with Resend for this purpose only.
Google reCAPTCHA: Used on our contact form to prevent spam. Google’s privacy policy applies to data collected by reCAPTCHA.
If you opt in to receive marketing communications, your name and email may be shared with MailChimp for the sole purpose of delivering those communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your data is stored using a cloud-hosted database platform. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls, and secure authentication. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained through the end of your billing period and then deleted within 30 days. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months for customer service purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@labradorconnect.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Relay uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Relay is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
